Gas Tanker Bursts Into Flames After Driver Loses Control in Lagos

LAGOS, Nigeria – Panic gripped residents and motorists in Lagos after a gas-laden tanker caught fire when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, triggering a major emergency response and causing heavy traffic congestion in the area.

The incident occurred along a busy route in the state, where the tanker, loaded with liquefied gas, reportedly veered off course before bursting into flames. Thick plumes of smoke billowed into the sky as the fire rapidly engulfed the vehicle, forcing motorists and nearby residents to flee for safety.
