Tinubu Receives New NBA President-Elect Badejo-Okusanya at State House

 

President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday received the President-elect of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya (SAN), during a courtesy visit at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Badejo-Okusanya, who was recently elected as the 33rd President of the Nigerian Bar Association, was accompanied by members of her team, including legal professionals and representatives of the NBA Women Forum.

The visit comes ahead of her official inauguration as the association's new president, where she is expected to take over the leadership of Nigeria's foremost body of legal practitioners.

Badejo-Okusanya made history after emerging victorious in the NBA presidential election, becoming only the second woman to lead the association since its establishment.
