Peter Okoye Confirms Jude Filed Lawsuit to Stop Him From Performing P-Square Songs
Singer Peter Okoye has confirmed that his elder brother and former manager, Jude Okoye, has instituted legal action seeking to prevent him from performing songs released under the former P-Square music group.
Peter disclosed that the lawsuit is part of the ongoing dispute involving the Okoye brothers, adding another chapter to the long-running rift that has repeatedly drawn public attention.
According to the singer, the legal move aims to restrict his use of P-Square's musical catalogue during performances. He, however, maintained that he would address the matter through the appropriate legal channels.
The development comes amid renewed tensions between Peter, his twin brother Paul Okoye (Rudeboy), and Jude over issues relating to the group's legacy, music rights, and business interests.
Neither Jude Okoye nor his legal representatives had issued an official response to Peter's latest claims at the time of filing this report.
